Day One: Out with the old!

I didn't get a picture of the first dumpster-full of demolition debris, but it was completely full! These last few dumpster pictures show what's in there so far for the second load. The couch and chair should be gone tomorrow (one of the workers is going to take it). The plywood will be replaced with real framing and preparation for the new (outside) stucco work and roof repair. The new sliding glass door should also go in tomorrow (if all goes as planned), and they may start on some of the new electrical work (which now includes a new 50 amp subpanel in the garage).
